3 mile run followed by a killer plyo workout-
These exercises can be
done in 30 second intervals or 15 reps each.
The last exercise in each set is to be done for 1 minute :)
Jump squat
(hands in front squat and jump)
Run stance
squat (running stance, 4 squats, jump switch feet on 4 count)
Airborne
Heisman (Heisman pose, jump, stick hold)
Swing Kick
(1 min) Pretend you have a stool in front swing legs over)
REPEAT
Water break
Squat reach
jump (squat touch floor on outside of feet, jump reach up)
Squat switch
pick up (run stance squat, touch front, switch legs)
Double
airborne Heisman (Heisman pose, 2 high knees, Heisman pose)
Circle run
(1 min) (first time clockwise, second time counter clockwise)
REPEAT
Water break
Tuck Jumps
Jump Lunges
(lunge, jump, switch feet, lunge other foot)
Leap Frog
squats (stay in squat, 2 jumps forward, 2 jumps backward)
Twist Combo
(1 min) (30 sec 3 direction) (30 sec 180 degree turn)
REPEAT
Water Break
Rock Star
hops (hold guitar, 15 sec one way/ 15 sec other way)
Gap Jumps
(pretend jumping over stream)
Sqaut Jacks
(2 regular jacks, hands behind head, stay in squat while doin jacks)
Military
march (1 min) (opposite arm, opposite
leg)
REPEAT
Water Break
Run Squat
180 degree (run stance squat touch front/touch back same hand)
Lateral leap
frog (squat, 1 jump right, 1i jump left)
Monster
Truck tires (imagine 4 big tires, 4 forward/4 backwards)
Hot Foot
(imagine + on floor, left foot 30 sec right foot 30 sec)
FINISHED!! Now go stretch and walk/run to work out the lactic acid built up in your legs! :D
