Treadmill Shredmill
30 minutes total
4 exercises
1 minutes each
1.walk at 3.8 speed 10% grade
2. 5% grade- Squats
3. walk at 3.8 speed 10% grade
4. Pushups at back of treadmill (arms straddle the belt)
5. walk at 3.8 speed 10% grade
6. walking lunges on treadmill : speed at 1.8 incline at 3%
7.walk at 3.8 speed 10% grade
8. 1 min plank 

REPEAT FOR 30 MINUTES
10 MINUTES TOTAL
AMRAP
1. Battle Rope x 10
2. Side-to-side box explosions x 10
3. Full sit ups x 15

REPEAT FOR 10 MINTUES
CORE ROUTINE x 2
20 medball crunches
20 Starfish 10 ea. side (opposite arm/leg- alternate)
20 toe taps
20 jackknifes 10 ea. side
